Craig Jennings has over 20 years of experience in the Memphis investment real estate market. He has an extensive knowledge of the market and long term trends, and has helped investors from all over the world profitably buy, renovate, and manage their real estate investment portfolios. He has been offering asset-backed investment funding for the past five years.

Andrea has over 10 years of experience in private finance having previously served as COO of Bridge Capital. Andrea has an MA in Economics and has worked with business owners throughout the Midsouth region as a Management Consultant specializing in finance, accounting, and strategic planning.
Robert uses his extensive knowledge of the Memphis market to assess property value and assist in the loan underwriting process. Robert visits every property we fund, both before close and after. He works quickly to get your loan approved and is eager to discuss our process with prospective clients.
Anna handles everything you will need from when your loan is funded to when it pays off. She takes care of your payments, payoffs, renovation draws, and any help you need with refinancing your loan. Anna is happy to help and answer any questions that you may have regarding your loan.

Marla is the first point of contact for Avalon Capital. As a new borrower, she will serve as your ambassador, guiding you through the process of applying for a loan. Marla continually strives to build a relationship with her clients, providing guidance and support for a perfect start and a successful experience at Avalon Capital.
With a deep understanding of the loan closing process, Claire will help walk your loan through to the closing table. She reviews loan files before closing to ensure completeness and adherence to company policies, as well as works to identify and resolve any issues before closing. She communicates well with clients and collaborates with title companies to finalize the loan documents and signing process.

Do you require a credit check?
No, as a private, asset based lender, we do not require a credit check.
Can I use your loan to purchase a home to live in?
No, our loans are strictly for investment properties. We cannot make a loan to someone who will live in the property.
Do you loan on apartments or office buildings?
No, we only make loans on single family residential properties.
Do you make loans for new construction?
No, we only loan on existing structures.
Do you loan on fire damaged properties?
No, fire damaged properties are not accepted.
May I purchase the property with my LLC or other entity?
Yes, you may purchase in the name of your LLC or your personal name.
Do I need title insurance? Homeowners insurance?
Yes, funding requires closing through a closing attorney/ title company. We will need a lender’s title policy as well as an owner’s title policy. Special homeowner’s insurance is required for the life of the loan to cover the full amount of the loan. This policy must cover- builder's risk and vacancy. Our company name must show on the policy as the Mortgagee.
Can I borrow money from a private lender?
